Cancellation and Late Policy
The booking is non-refundable.
In the event you need to cancel the booking, if cancelled before 72 hours prior to your scheduled play time, the amount paid can be used for a future booking or visit. Cancelling within 72 hours of scheduled play time will result in the loss of the deposit.
Please be on time. A late fee of $50 will be deducted from the group deposit for the first hour late. The full deposit will be deducted if two hours late.

Are your adventures safe for my guests?
YES. We only offer games that are safe for your guests. We have certified game guides to assure safe and fair play. We provide all of the equipment for each activity.

What should I wear for paintball/airsoft/outdoor laser ?
You receive one of our camo jackets to wear for the day. You will want to wear pants. Full camo jumpsuits are available for purchase for $15. Supportive footwear is necessary. Additional things you may want to bring - hat, thin gloves, neck wear.

If I don't have 10 people can I still book a private paintball party?
Yes, you may have less than 10 players but you would still pay for 10 players and receive the paint for 10 players and still get your private referee. More paint for everyone to shoot!

What happens if it is raining?
We play in all weather except for lightening storms. Much of our outdoors is tree covered and we have covered pavillions for the staging area. Many people love how rain makes it a more authentic experience.

Do you have food available on site?
Yes! We have yummy food available! Burger John cooks up some delicious grill items of burgers, sausages, bean burgers and pork riblets. Popular snacks and drinks are available as well.
