BOOK A PARTY

If you have a group of 10 or more, it is a good idea to make a reservation so we know to expect you. If you have less than 10 players, there’s no need to reserve, but be sure to check our current walk-on hours before coming out.

All group bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $100. 

Payments can be made by credit card over the phone, by cash/debit in person, or online with your credit card or PayPal. When your group arrives, the deposit can be put towards entry fees, paint, etc.

Private groups and games require reservations and a group of 10 or more players. 

72 hours notice and a $100 deposit is required for all group bookings.

A late fee of $50 will be deducted from the group deposit for the first hour late. The full deposit will be deducted if two hours late. 

Off-hour bookings are available for groups of 10+ at the Ultimate Team Building rate with a non-refundable $100 deposit and 72 hours notice.

Your booking is not complete until you receive a confirmation email stating that the booking process is complete. There is the possibility that we are already full. Please watch your inbox over the next 24 hours. Call us if you confirmation does not arrive in that time frame.

If you are greeted by our answering system or if you are booking by email, please leave the following information to book your group:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The group name (if different from your name)
• The date you would like to reserve
• What time you will be arriving
• How many players in the group

If you do not receive a message or call back confirming your reservation within 24 hours, please contact us again.

We do offer walk-in rental equipment. However, weekends fill up quick, book early to avoid disappointment.
